At CardioStix, we understand that no single product is perfect for everybody. We accept the return of any unopened set of sticks for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase.

What if I have opened my sticks?

Should the sticks be opened, but in like-new condition, we offer the same terms minus a 15% restocking fee.

What if I have used my sticks and they have wear?

What sets us apart from other companies is that we will accept the return of a used set of sticks, if within our 30 day return policy. Worn sticks will allow for a refund of 50% of the original purchase price (minus shipping costs).


Most packages are sent out via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. You May check tracking by the link we send you upon shipment, via inserting the tracking number into Google, or by visiting the USPS website.

Once an order has been sent out, we are not liable for missing packages, packages deemed undeliverable, incorrect addresses, and the like. While we can look at the tracking and occasionally file a lost item search with the postal service, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local post office or the postal service to further investigate. If such a scenario occurs, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. We make no guarantee for replacements, but if that is our determination, a replacement will be issued. We do not issue any refunds whatsoever for shipping issues once the package is in the postal system.
