At Cardiostix, we understand that no single product is perfect for everybody. We accept the return of any unopened set of sticks for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase.
What if I have opened my sticks?
Should the sticks be opened, but in like-new condition, we offer the same terms minus a 15% restocking fee.
What if I have used my sticks and they have wear?
What sets us apart from other companies is that we will accept the return of a used set of sticks, if within our 30 day return policy. Worn sticks will allow for a refund of 50% of the original purchase price (minus shipping costs).
