Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-day guarantee against breakage. Simply email us at cardiostix@gmail.com. We also accept the return of any unopened set of sticks for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer immediate replacement (stock levels permitting).
- Should you be dissatisfied with your unopened product, simply email us and we will find a solution that works for you.
What if I have opened my sticks?
- Should the sticks be opened, but in like-new condition, we offer the same terms minus a 15% restocking fee.
What if I have used my sticks and they have wear?
- What sets us apart from other companies is that we will accept the return of a used set of sticks, if within our 30 day return policy. Worn sticks will allow for a refund of 50% of the original purchase price (minus shipping costs).
Additional information:
- For returns, please email cardiostix@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned items. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. We are not liable for lost items.
- When returned item(s) are received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent, informing about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment credit card or original payment method shortly after.
